Attorney, Kristen Alexander, serves clients in the areas of family law, estate and trust administration and litigation, and general civil litigation as a zealous advocate and skilled negotiator. She successfully and passionately represents clients in complex family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, equitable distribution, spousal and child support, custody and visitation, and protective order cases. Ms. Alexander also handles complicated estate and trust administration, and litigation matters for estates and trusts of all types, and matters stemming from the loss of loved ones, such as partition suits for real property and certain landlord tenant matters. Ms. Alexander is known for her commitment to her clients and their interests both inside and outside the courtroom.

Ms. Alexander obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She then received her Associate degree in Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies with a specialization in litigation from Reynolds Community College where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Alexander was a paralegal here and for several other law firms prior to attending law school. Ms. Alexander received her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While attending law school, she was a member of the winning team for the 2017 Annual Intramural Trial Advocacy Competition at Regent University and served as an executive member of the Regent Trial Advocacy Board.

Ms. Alexander is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association, and the Virginia Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Ms. Alexander has volunteered her time with Wills for Heroes and State Bar events. She is a resident of Glen Allen, Virginia, where she is constantly trying to keep up with her fourteen-year-old son, Tristan, and their dog, Scooby-Doo.
